R ecently, the team of Professor Liezhong Ge of the Center and Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. signed the "Huawei-Zhejiang University UX Human Factors Research Joint Innovation Project Framework Contract".

I n May 2020, the new book k" User Experience: Theory and Practice "edited by Professor Liezhong Ge and researcher Wei Xu of the center was published by China Renmin University Press.

T he 22nd National Conference on Psychology was organized in hangzhou on oct 18, 2019.At the meeting, professor Liezhong Ge of Cente​r for Psychological Sciences at Zhejiang University won the "Achievement Award of Discipline Construction of Chinese Psychological Society".

A t 1:30 p.m. on August 5, Dr. Fang Jiang, Department of Psychology, University of Nevada,Reno,USA, was invited to the Research Center for Psychological Sciences for academic exchanges, bringing to the center a wonderful lecture entitled "Visual and tactile motor processing in early deaf individuals".

A t 3 p.m. on June 4, the third Biweekly Seminar of the Center for Psychological Science arrived as scheduled. Researchers Xiaoqing Gao and Professor Huagen Wan of the Center reported the latest research progress in the research group.

A t 10 a.m. on May 24, Dr.Xiaopan Ding, Assistant Professor, Department of Psychology, National University of Singapore, was invited to give an excellent lecture entitled "The Neural Correlates of Deception: Evidence from Functional Near-infrared Spectroscopy Studies" to teachers and students of the Center for Psychological Sciences.

O n the afternoon of May 20, Wenjun Dong, Senior Engineer of Shanghai Aircraft Design Institute of China Merchant Airlines, and You Yang and Ke Li, technicians of Jiangsu Hengyi Operational Control Intelligent Equipment Technology Co., Ltd., were invited to the center, respectively, to make a report entitled "Cockpit Design and Development Trend of Large Civil Aircraft" and ​"Trends in the Design and Development of Flight Simulators".

O n the afternoon of May 13, Teacher Huagen Wan of the Center gave a report entitled "Implicit Intention and Explicit Action Enabling Multimodal Three-dimensional Object Acquisition Method", and introduced their latest research progress.

O n May 18, The 1st International Meeting of Human and Technology, jointly organized by the international Chinese society of human-machine engineering and the center for psychological sciences at Zhejiang University, was successfully held at the yuquan campus of Zhejiang University. The theme of this meeting is ‘ Quantifying User Experience’.

K e Tan, deputy director of the state key laboratory of CGN nuclear security monitoring technology and equipment, and Maotian Wang, director of integrated management in nuclear power innovation platform of yantai nuclear power research and development center, together with seven people in CGN, came to the Center for Psychological Sciences at Zhejiang University for communication on May 4th.

O n April 16, 2018, chief expert Huming Lu of the aviation industry corp came to the center for psychological sciences at Zhejiang University for research with 21 people of aviation industry 615 science and display control and ergonomic technology professional group, talked over scientific research achievements, laboratory construction and cooperative study of future task with center members, and then visited the central laboratory.

T o active center’s academic atmosphere, expand the cooperation with domestic and foreign counterparts, the Center for Psychological Sciences decided to implement ‘bi-weekly academic report’ system, each report would invitate 1-2 speaker to give keynote reports, to exchange research progress in the field of psychological science and human engineering at home and abroad.

I n February 3, 2018, Wang Chunqi, director of HUAWEI's Shanghai experience design department, visited the center for research on Psychological Sciences at Zhejiang University, and held talks with Professor Ge liezhong, Professor Wang Jian, Professor Wan Huagen and Professor Xu Jie.

I n October 14-15, 2017,Chinese Astronaut Scientific Research and Training Center sponsored together with Zhejiang University. The second China Summit Forum on Human Factors Engineering was held by National Key Laboratory of human factors engineering of Chinese Astronaut Research and training center and the psychological science research center of Zhejiang University, in the dream town of Hangzhou Liangzhu new town.

I n order to promote frontier exploration and applied research in the related fields of psychological science, the Center for Psychological Sciences at Zhejiang University held the first "psychological science youth scholar forum" from April 28, 2017 to April 29th，together with the Department of psychological and behavioral sciences.

I n December 21st, the center for psychological sciences at zhejiang university was founded in the Run Run Shaw Science Museum of Yuquan campus, Zhejiang University. The center will integrate the multidisciplinary efforts to carry out frontier exploration and innovative application research in related fields of psychology.
